A "Provider" could mean one of several things, such as a hands-on caregiver like a nurse or aide. Or, it could be a medical equipment service company. Specifically, in the Ohio Home Care Program, there are generally three types of home care providers: Agency Providers, Waiver Service Providers, and Non-Agency Providers.
